(: But It Didnt Work Very Well For Me The Pain Is Still Here So I Went To Take Some Protein Supplement Hoping That The Protein Can Repair My Muscles Quicker And Pray That It Wont Hurt So Much During Macro Paper And Here Comes The Ironic Part Im Nt Exactly Sure How Many Grams Of Proteins I Need Take So I Just Anyhow Put 2 Scoops And Pour Like The Remaining 500 ml Of Milk Which Is Gonna Expire Tomorrow Haha! And Now I Feel Like... And After Taking The Protein I Went To Search The Net On How Much Protein One Should Intake They Said Its 1 Gram To 1 Pound I Weigh Around 121 Pounds And I Put 2 Scoops Of Powder Which Is About 180 grams - 200 Grams... Omg Hope My Muscle Absorb Everything Otherwise Its Gonna Be Wasted...
